Our guest chefs are traveling from across the globe to bring their exceptional talent to San Francisco to showcase a blend of their most famous dishes alongside brand new creations, crafted exclusively for these special evenings. It’s an opportunity to savor dishes that you won't find anywhere else, from chefs who are pushing the boundaries of culinary creativity.

Danielle Alvarez
Chef and author from the Sydney Opera House in Australia, known for her vibrant, seasonally driven cuisine. Danielle is no stranger to the Bay Area food scene having spent her formative years at The French Laundry and Chez Panisse.

Chad Colby
Chef and owner of Antico Nuovo in Los Angeles, selected by the New York Times as one of the “25 best restaurants in Los Angeles.” Chad is celebrated for his mastery of butchery and traditional Italian techniques. Chad was lauded for his time at chi SPACCA in Hollywood under the guidance of world renowned chef Nancy Silverton.

Hillary Sterling
Chef of Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group's Ci Siamo in New York City, renowned for her modern take on Italian cooking focusing on market-driven ingredients. Hillary made a name for herself as the Chef de Cuisine at A Voce under award-winning chef Missy Robbins, followed by her time as Executive Chef/Partner of Vic's.
